Management Trainee

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for their Management Training Program. This position is located in Farmington Hills, MI. The program offers a career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Engage in hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Build community relationships to grow business.
• Learn about customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prioritize customer needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
