About the Role
Advisory Internship based in New York / Remote with direct exposure to Equaryon's core advisory workstreams. Internship based in New York / Remote with direct exposure to Equaryon's core advisory workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of presentations, briefing materials and valuation exhibits.
- Compile industry and company research to support transaction hypotheses.
- Help organise diligence trackers, data room materials and internal status notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to daily market updates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to financial modelling preferred.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student entering final or penultimate year.
- Strong academic performance in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, investing or strategy.
