About the Role

Suit Lounge is a luxury bespoke menswear house seeking a Luxury Sales Stylist to join their team. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure retail sales role in a rapidly scaling brand, offering a unique opportunity to work with an exclusive clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell: Consult clients, recommend fabrics and styles to fit their needs, and close the sale.
• Deliver: Coordinate the order through production, fittings, and delivery.
• Retain: Follow up, collect feedback, and bring clients back for their next order.
• Own each client’s journey until delivery and beyond.
• Be responsible for every client’s experience and styling, from first hello to final fitting.
• Advise and close clients for whom quality, experience, discretion, and service are paramount.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Conversational Tamil and Hindi.
• Styling knowledge is a tool used to sell.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• 1+ year of retail experience is a plus.
• Confident and clear when speaking to strangers.
• Proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
• Driven to earn through sales and build a career in sales.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
