About the Role

A full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Kovilpatti. This role will support senior engineering staff in planning, executing, and monitoring day-to-day operations related to energy production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with equipment inspections.
• Collecting and analyzing technical data.
• Documenting procedures and maintenance activities.
• Supporting troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.
• Contributing to process improvements.
• Adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or energy-related disciplines.
• Basic skills in data collection, analysis, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of industry safety practices and commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kovilpatti, including in shift-based environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field).
