About the Role
The Collection Officer role at Student Teacher (B.Ed Internship) is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jodhpur Area. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor outstanding dues.

- Ensure timely payments in accordance with institutional policies.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Update payment statuses.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with administration or finance staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle inquiries related to fees.
- Provide clear and respectful communication.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Debt Collection skills (follow-up, negotiation, handling overdue accounts responsibly)
- Analytical Skills (review records, identify discrepancies, interpret basic financial information)
- Customer Service abilities (address concerns, respond to queries, maintain a courteous, professional demeanor)
- Communication skills (verbal and written interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and management)
- Foundational Finance knowledge (familiarity with billing, payment processes, and record-keeping)
Qualifications
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or billing software is beneficial.
- Attention to detail is beneficial.
- Integrity is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jodhpur Area.
- A relevant diploma or degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in collections or administrative roles in education or services is an advantage.
