- AR Follow Up – Gurugram (Fresher)
- Authcreate – Gurugram (Graduate from Medical background like B.Pharma/M.Pharma)
- AR Follow UP - Gurugram (AR Calling RCM experience only between 7 months to 24 months)
Education Qualifications
- RCM: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 12 Months of experience with PF deduction.
- Freshers: Any Graduate (except B.Tech, BE, LLB) - Should be 2023 passout or after 2023.
- Non RCM: Any Graduate (except B.Tech, BE, LLB) or Undergraduate with minimum 12 Months of experience with PF deduction.
- Note for Fresher: Graduation is mandatory. Graduation from any background except B.Tech and BE.
- Note: PF Deduction is mandatory from previous employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Confident in handling calls/emails with US based clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent Analytical Skills are Required.
- Good Communication Skills only.
- Comfortable working from office and in night shifts.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE candidates are not eligible for certain roles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- No planned leave for the next 6 months.
