About the Role

AMAN AHOOJA & Co. is a professional accounting and financial services firm. We are hiring an Accounts & Taxation Executive. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurugram, Haryana. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to diverse areas of accounting, taxation, audit, corporate compliance, and SME advisory services.

Key Responsibilities & Work Exposure

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Accounting, finalisation of books, preparation of financial statements, and using TallyPrime.
• Income Tax: ITR filing, tax computation, TDS returns, tax audits, and income tax compliance.
• GST: GST return filing, reconciliations, registrations, notices, and compliance.
• ROC & Company Law: MCA filings, AOC-4, MGT-7, annual compliances, and company-related matters.
• Audit & Assurance: Statutory audits, tax audits, and preparation of audit working papers.
• SME & Business Advisory: Compliance management, financial reporting, business registrations, and advisory support.
• Client Handling: Coordination with clients, documentation, and regulatory follow-ups.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com graduates.
• CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA candidates.
• Candidates with prior experience in a CA firm will be preferred.
• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
• Working knowledge of TallyPrime, MS Excel, Income Tax, and GST will be an added advantage.
