About the Role

Travel Consultant / Sales at Solopackers in Bangalore.

Salary: 25k - 35k with incentives up to 15k.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed travel itineraries.
• Sell travel packages to all enquiries.
• Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise.
• Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
• Gather feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular travel destinations and experiences.
• Strong selling skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with ease.
• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or group management is a plus.

Note: Experience is a plus, but not key. Emphasis is on rate of growth.
