About the Role
Looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical professional with strong expertise in Power Platform and Azure PaaS. The role involves CRM customization, cloud integrations, solution design, and ensuring scalable, secure implementations aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions.
- Build plugins, workflows, custom actions using C# and .NET.
- Design and develop Power Apps (Model-Driven Canvas) and Power Automate flows.
- Implement integrations using Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
- Design secure and scalable architecture (RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault).
- Prepare HLD/LLD and technical documentation.
- Support CI/CD, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Dynamics 365 CRM customization development
- Expertise in C#, .NET, Web API integrations
- Solid experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Azure PaaS and cloud-based integrations
- Good understanding of Dataverse and CRM security model
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
