Operation Executive – Sales, Marketing, Export-Import in Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations for domestic and export-import activities.
• Manage shipment planning, documentation, and tracking.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by preparing quotations.
• Assist with client proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Manage operations data.
• Analyze service performance.
• Provide updates to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills.
• Solid Analytical Skills.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of export-import processes, incoterms, and logistics documentation is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or export-import operations will be an added advantage.
