About the Role
Benedictine is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. As a CNA-NAR, you will be on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and have choices in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BLS Certification.
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CNA-NAR certification.
