About the Role
Kelley Construction is seeking 2027 Spring/Summer Interns to work under the direction of a Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator, gaining hands-on construction management experience alongside experienced professionals. Intern assignments may be at a job site or in the office, depending on company needs and intern performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of an assigned project manager, field manager, or Chief Estimator.
- Collaborate with experienced construction professionals.
- Gain hands-on construction management experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be in a current degree program.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Must be available for the duration of the co-op (e.g., summer, spring).
- Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Must possess strong and detailed written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Availability for travel on an as-needed basis is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be in a current degree program.
