Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with metallurgical testing and microstructural evaluation of complex castings.
• Analyze materials for commercial and military gas turbine and airframe applications.
• Develop process parameters and document test results.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interest or background in metallurgy, materials science, or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with metallurgical testing and microstructural analysis.
• Ability to work in a technical manufacturing environment and collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills.
