About the Role
Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Cashier/Drive-Thru to greet every guest with a genuine welcome. This position is an important part of our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Wow guests with exceptional service
- Suggest specific food and drink items using great salesmanship
- Recognize first-time guests and share the Jaggers Story
- Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) system effectively
- Understand and follow proper safety and sanitation practices
- Deliver fresh food and items with a smile
- Perform cash handling and checkout procedures correctly
- Perform all assigned side work
