Key Responsibilities
- Champion the Patient Experience: Provide a warm, professional welcome, guide visitors through check-in/out, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Navigate the Care Journey: Manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests.
- Provide Financial Clarity: Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications, assist with co-payments and billing questions.
- Ensure Accuracy & Flow: Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide clerical support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
