Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans under supervision.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families about care and treatment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Deliver patient-centered care.
- Support treatment plans.
- Engage in ongoing education and training through structured residency and preceptorship programs.
Qualifications & Skills
