About the Role
Sun Glad Technology is an innovation-focused startup in lighting technology and sustainable energy solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Application Developer role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting SunGlad’s product line, operations, and customer-facing platforms.
- Write clean, efficient code.
- Work with databases.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Contribute to UI implementation using web technologies such as CSS.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Development and Programming skills.
- Practical experience working with Databases.
- Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Experience in Integration of applications, APIs, and third-party services.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) and software development frameworks.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with basic DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in energy, hardware-integrated systems, or startup environments is an advantage.
