About the Role

Alpha Capital is seeking an Operations Executive to support accurate, timely, and compliant investment operations. The role will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth account and transaction lifecycle across financial products, including mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account opening activities, from collecting and validating documentation to coordinating activation and resolving exceptions.
• Process and monitor KYC documentation in line with applicable operational and compliance requirements.
• Execute and coordinate investment transactions, including mutual fund-related requests, with strong attention to accuracy and turnaround times.
• Serve as a coordination point for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving operational queries.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile MIS reports, trackers, and operational records to support management visibility and decision-making.
• Identify process gaps, maintain proper documentation, and follow established controls to protect data quality and service standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in investment operations, financial services operations, or a related domain.
• Practical understanding of account opening, KYC processing, mutual funds, and investment transaction workflows.
• Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with MIS reporting and standard workplace productivity tools.

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Gurgaon, Haryana.
