About the Role
Norwood Social Co. is hiring a Nashville-based Social Media Assistant & Video Editor to join our creative team. This is an editing-first position.
Key Responsibilities
- Editing approximately 5–6 short-form videos daily
- Attending and assisting with in-person client content shoots
- Creating engaging, trend-driven content for beauty, fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle brands
- Working closely with our account managers on creative direction
- Filming and editing content
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Expertise in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Understanding of trending short-form content
Qualifications
- Ability to turn raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and paid social videos
Location: Nashville-based | Monday–Thursday in office | Friday remote
Additional: Occasional travel
