About the Role
Work as part of an analysis team that operates 24x7 on a rotational shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform security monitoring by analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts generated by a variety of device technologies.
- Timely response to customer requests such as detection capabilities and tuning.
- Research new threats and provide recommendations to enhance detection capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Response activities on EDR based on client requirements.
Technical Experience
- Experience in SOC operations with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of cyber security fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts, and threat landscape.
- Hands-on experience in SIEM, SOAR, and threat hunting tools.
- Experience in scripting language and EDR products.
- Preferable: GCIA, GCFA, CISSP

Educational Qualification
