About the Role

Harley's Fine Baking is seeking a full-time, on-site Production Planning Executive based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and monitoring daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain product quality, ensuring smooth operations within a creative, quality-driven team that values hospitality and indulgent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, and front-of-house teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and smooth production flow.
• Track output, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly across teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Production Planning and Production Schedules management to align demand, capacity, and timelines.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities for forecasting, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting production status.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets or production planning software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, baking, or FMCG operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control and quality assurance practices.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• A Diploma or degree in Production Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
