About the Role
The Wedding Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on guiding couples and families through the end-to-end wedding planning journey. This role involves understanding client preferences, budgets, and cultural or thematic requirements, then translating them into tailored wedding concepts and experiences. The Wedding Consultant coordinates with venues, vendors, and creative partners, manages timelines and checklists, and ensures all event details are aligned with the client’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting consultations
- Preparing proposals
- Overseeing logistics and schedules
- Providing on-site support during pre-wedding and wedding events
- Maintaining strong relationships with external partners
- Supporting multi-industry collaborations where relevant
- Contributing to the club’s broader experiential and legacy-focused initiatives
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication, active listening.
- Customer Service skills: empathy, problem-solving, client relationship management.
- Wedding Planning skills: concept development, budgeting coordination, vendor selection support.
- Event Planning and Event Management skills: timeline creation, logistics coordination, on-site execution.
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders and creative partners.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons as required.
- A refundable deposit may be required to secure a one year minimum commitment contract.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or experiential tourism is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
