About the Role

As a Product Owner – AI and Large Language Models (LLM) within JPMorganChase's banking technology organization, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of workflow applications and platforms, from ideation through delivery. You will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product and platform lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer needs.
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workflow applications and platforms, leveraging deep insights into the banking landscape.
• Drive the adoption, integration, and continuous improvement of AI and LLM technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Oversee platform management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of workflow solutions.
• Champion test automation initiatives, embedding robust quality assurance practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within banking and financial services.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Influence and guide decision-making at senior management levels through effective communication and data-driven insights.
• Utilize MS Office applications for comprehensive reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices relevant to banking products and platforms.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, quickly assimilating new concepts and technologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong track record applying AI/ML to real-world problems, translating business needs into scalable, reliable model-driven products.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Deep insights into the banking landscape.
• Knowledge of regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product ownership, product management, and platform management within the banking sector.
• Hands-on expertise in AI, LLM, workflow application development, and platform operations.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation in banking technology.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management practices in banking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. (Preferred but listed as a qualification)
• Certification in Product Management, Platform Management, Agile, or related disciplines. (Preferred but listed as a qualification)
• Experience managing large-scale platforms in global banking environments. (Preferred but listed as a qualification)
