About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of customers.
• Manage all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for customers.
• Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Track, analyze, and report business results to the reporting authority at desired and periodic intervals.
• Follow up on the database/leads provided by the company.
