This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell NarenNet’s software and SaaS products.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers through online channels, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Understand product features.
• Present solutions that align with customer needs.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Meet or exceed set sales targets.
• Represent NarenNet’s brand by delivering a professional, helpful, and solution-oriented experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Solid Product Knowledge skills, including the ability to learn and explain software and SaaS features clearly.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers in remote settings.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Additional beneficial qualifications:
• Experience selling technology or SaaS products.
• Comfort using CRM tools and online meeting platforms.
• Basic understanding of software and digital solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
