We are partnering with leading AI research labs to build smarter, more technically rigorous AI models. As an Electrical Engineering AI Data Trainer, you will apply your deep domain knowledge to design challenging problems, craft gold-standard solutions, and audit AI reasoning across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, and more. Your expertise will directly shape how the next generation of AI understands engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design advanced, multi-step electrical engineering problems across domains including circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to probe and stress-test AI capabilities.
• Author precise, step-by-step solutions and benchmark responses for AI models to learn from and be evaluated against.
• Audit AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and technical explanations for accuracy, correctness, and adherence to engineering standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC).
• Identify flaws in AI logic, flag failure modes, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning through complex engineering problems.

Qualifications

• Master's (in progress or completed) or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong foundational expertise in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or signal processing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form.
• High level of accuracy when reviewing mathematical derivations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
• No prior AI experience required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, etc.
• Background in engineering standards compliance or technical review.
