Field Application Engineer
About the Role
- This position requires frequent travel within the United States, approximately 90% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for site surveys, implementation, network deployment, forklift radar calibration, software debugging, scenario debugging, exception handling, and customer training for overseas projects (autonomous forklifts).
- Drive problem-solving during project implementation to complete tasks on time and with high quality, ensuring timely acceptance.
- Conduct timely summaries and reviews to continuously improve efficiency and shorten the acceptance cycle. Produce high-quality review documents and organize meetings for team sharing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Network Technology, or Network Engineering.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems.
- Proficient in installing and deploying computer systems.
- Basic understanding of vision and point cloud technologies.
- Background in robotics or autonomous forklifts is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing software is preferred.
- Open to recent OPT graduates. The company will sponsor H1B visa lottery.
