CNO Analyst/Porgrammer

About the Role

This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. WS comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Computer Network Operations (CNO) software tools and techniques.
• Develop end-to-end data flow and tasking integration for CNO systems.
• Author and maintain documentation in accordance with development standards.
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET.
• Build UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments.
• Develop embedded or mobile platforms using GOTS, open-source, or proprietary frameworks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Junior level: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 0 years experience with Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Mid level: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with Master's in a related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Senior level: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 7 years relevant experience with Master's in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
