About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Managed Services and IT Infrastructure team. The selected candidates will undergo training and work on enterprise IT support, cloud technologies, infrastructure operations, monitoring, and customer support activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn new technologies, work in a fast-paced environment, and build a long-term career in IT Infrastructure and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for IT infrastructure and applications
- Monitor servers, systems, and networks
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Windows/Linux environment operations
- Work on ticketing tools and incident management processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and status updates
- Learn and support cloud and infrastructure technologies
- Follow SLA, process, and compliance guidelines
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Operating Systems: Windows/Linux
- Networking: Fundamentals
- Hardware: Troubleshooting
- Software: MS Office tools
- Databases: Oracle fundamentals
- Cloud: AWS/Azure basics preferred
- IT Support/Infrastructure: Concepts
- Ticketing/Support Process: Understanding is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of:
- Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)
- Networking fundamentals
- Hardware and troubleshooting
- MS Office tools
- Oracle fundamentals
- Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure basics preferred)
- IT support or infrastructure concepts
- Ticketing/support process (an added advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer handling capability
