About the Role

Full-time, on-site role for Pest Control Technicians at the Borivali office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client premises.
• Identify pest issues.
• Apply appropriate treatments following company guidelines and safety standards.
• Prepare and handle equipment and materials.
• Document services provided.
• Explain treatment plans and preventive measures to customers.
• Travel to client locations.
• Follow scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Pest Control, including safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Basic understanding of treatment methods.
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and PEST (pest evaluation and control techniques).
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly with customers.
• Basic Lawn Care or outdoor maintenance skills (where relevant).
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in various environments.
• Ability to adhere to schedules and instructions.
• Willingness to learn and accept training.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of high school or equivalent.
• Prior experience in pest control or facility services is an advantage but not mandatory.
