Talent Scheduler and Recruiter

About the Role

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Scheduler. This entry-level role is designed for individuals interested in accounting, finance, recruiting, and professional services. This position provides a clear development path into a Talent Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify accounting and finance professionals through various recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification conversations
• Schedule interviews between candidates and internal recruiting staff
• Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
• Support recruiters and Talent Managers with recruiting initiatives and candidate engagement
• Develop knowledge of the accounting and finance job market
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Alternative Experience Considered:

• Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, payroll, audit, tax, or related work experience in lieu of a degree
