Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Financial Analyst at Bell, you can expect to:
- Conduct financial statement analysis.
- Participate in month-end close activities.
- Understand and validate intercompany activity.
- Prepare quarterly and year-end Textron and external auditor schedules.
- Ensure SOX documentation is accurate and maintained.
- Participate in systems testing as required related to changes/upgrades/new entities.
- Monitor weekly SAP batch jobs, and coordinate with various user departments on SAP Interface errors.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Accounting required.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
