About the Role
Organo Mart is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru focused on engaging with learners, explaining products and values, and supporting educational initiatives related to organic living, nutrition, and sustainable consumption. This role is for immediate joiners.
Salary Range: 35,000 to 45,000 INR per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product-focused training sessions.
- Prepare simple learning materials.
- Answer learner queries.
- Assist in workshops or demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align educational content with customer needs.
- Help organize events or campaigns promoting awareness of organic products.
- Coordinate with colleagues, manage in-person interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations through consistent on-site presence.

Qualifications
- Strong carpentry-related skills, including fundamentals and framing, to support construction or setup of educational displays, kiosks, or demo spaces.
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools to safely build, maintain, and adjust physical structures used in training areas or retail environments.
- Experience in Finish Carpentry to create neat, presentable fixtures, product stands, and signage that enhance learner and customer experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with learners and colleagues, with good spoken and written English or local language skills.
- Interest in organic products, food safety, and sustainable living, with willingness to learn and explain these concepts to diverse audiences.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sessions, tasks, and priorities during a full-time work schedule.
- Previous experience in education, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness for immediate joining and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
