About the Role

AlphaZegus Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Client Servicing Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, managing projects, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and clients. The executive will provide key support to the servicing team in bringing campaigns to life with precision and passion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client servicing, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely delivery.
• Propose creative strategies to enhance social presence and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time content delivery.
• Stay updated on trends, benchmarks, and audience behavior to inform content and campaign strategies.
• Grow and engage client communities across platforms through strategic initiatives.
• Prepare briefs, timelines, and reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and client-agency dynamics.
• Knowledge in the gaming space is a plus.
• Comfortable with shooting content with an iPhone is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in client servicing, marketing, or a related field.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Working towards growing client's business objectives.
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.
