Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for someone who lives on social media and wants to run it like a system. Every post you make starts in our own AI video platform: you'll generate short-form videos, carousels, and posts in volume, build the pipeline that takes an idea from brief to published post across every channel, and measure what works so the next batch is better.

Key Responsibilities

• Make Content at Scale: Generate Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn videos, carousels, and quote cards in our platform, in volume and at each platform's size.
• Build the Pipeline: Create a repeatable flow from idea to script, generation, review, and a scheduled post, with templates, prompts, and checklists.
• Publish on a Cadence: Run posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X with a scheduling tool, on a steady rhythm.
• Measure and Improve: Track views, watch time, saves, and clicks. Keep what works, drop what doesn't, and report learnings each week.
• Show the Product: Turn new features and sample videos into posts that demonstrate the capabilities of interactive video.

Qualifications

• Some Real Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on social media work (job, internship, freelance clients, or personal channels).
• You Live on Social: Understand what makes a Short, Reel, or LinkedIn post effective and can articulate why.
• AI-Native: Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) with a desire to push them further.
• A Systems Thinker: Prefer building templates, spreadsheets, or automations over repeating tasks.
• A Good Eye: Attention to detail regarding hooks, pacing, captions, and visuals.
• Data-Curious: Analyze analytics and adjust strategy based on data.
• Clear Writer: Proficient in clear English writing.
