Job Title: IT Operations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Web Development: Design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Java/C#/Python/JavaScript) alongside web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React/Vue.js).
• Database & Infrastructure Management: Manage and query database systems with a primary focus on Microsoft SQL Server, while maintaining applications on Windows Server environments and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Agile Collaboration & Technical Problem-Solving: Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA to collaborate, process JSON/MQTT data, and debug complex software issues.

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with hands-on experience in core programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) and web frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Database & Systems Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in database management, with specialized expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, as well as familiarity with Windows Server operating systems.
