Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the Role

IP Gardens is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and be adept at converting inquiries into successful event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries efficiently.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed clients for the venue.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve sales and booking targets while providing exceptional service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is a strong plus.
• Skills: Highly motivated, persuasive, target-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000/month Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentive of ₹2,000 per booking (after advance).
