Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chats and emails.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of relevant e-commerce chat support experience.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Typing speed: 25-30 words per minute.
• Proficiency with chat software is an added advantage.
• Willing to join immediately or have a notice period of less than 15 days.
• Willing to work in any shift.
• Willing to work from office.
• Basic PC Keyboarding skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with computer shortcuts.

Qualifications

• Graduates or non-graduates are eligible.

Additional Information

• Training classes will be offline (In Office).
• 6 days rotational weekly off.
• Work can be from Office or Hybrid.
• For hybrid work, candidates must have their own laptop meeting the following specifications:
• Processor: i3 4th Gen or higher
• RAM: 8 GB
• Storage: 120GB SSD
• Operating System: Windows 10 / Windows 11 (Home, Home Premium, Pro) or macOS (if MacBook) with activated license.
• VGA or HDMI Port compatibility (for Dual Monitor support)
• Antivirus with License activation must be installed.
• Required WiFi specifications:
• Download speed: 20 MBPS
• Upload speed: 15 MBPS
