About the Role
Padakannaya & Co. is seeking CA Article Assistants for an on-site role in Bengaluru. Established in 2016, the firm is registered under ICAI and works across statutory & internal audit, taxation, valuation, M&A, and MIS. This role offers hands-on learning beyond checklist tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits & Tax Audits.
- Preparation of Financial Statements and ensuring tax compliance.
- Research on finance & taxation topics, corporate filings, and documentation.
- Work directly with qualified CAs providing real client exposure.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with MS Office and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups).
- Strong fundamentals in Accounting Standards & Financial Reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Taxation laws & statutory compliance.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership.
- Proficiency in English.
