About the Role
VocalLabs is hiring Junior Advocates / Legal Associates (0-3 years, fresh Bar Council enrolments welcome) to handle the legal work behind recovery operations. You will see real case volume from day one and learn by doing.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send legal notices
- Handle Section 138 NI Act (cheque bounce) matters from notice to filing
- Prepare arbitration and recovery proceedings, including SARFAESI matters
- Coordinate with our operations team and lender clients on live cases
- Appear before courts and tribunals, with guidance from senior counsel
Qualifications
- LLB / LLM, enrolled or about to enrol with the Bar Council
- Strong drafting and clear written English
- Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven work
- Hindi or Kannada is a plus
