About the Role

The Graphic & UI/UX Designer role at Cyalt Digital Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine visual assets for digital platforms, including graphics, user interfaces, and brand-related materials.
• Design layouts and UI components.
• Prepare visuals for web and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Conduct basic user experience research.
• Translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance.
• Maintain a high standard of image quality.
• Organize design files.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance overall visual communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
• Experience designing user interfaces and basic user flows for web or mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
• Skills in Image Editing and visual asset optimization for various platforms.
• Practical experience with Social Media design and content adaptation.
• An understanding of Marketing principles to align design with campaign objectives.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Visual storytelling ability.
• An organized design workflow.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to communicate clearly about design decisions.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX work.
• Formal education in design or related fields is beneficial.
