Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Quality Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will evaluate, audit, and validate the linguistic accuracy and data quality of translation, transcription, and AI data annotation datasets. The ideal candidate must be a native or fluent speaker of Kannada and Telugu, with professional reading and writing proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Translation Auditing: Review, proofread, and evaluate translated text, transcriptions, and localized content for grammar, syntax, cultural nuances, and accuracy.
• AI Data Validation: Perform quality checks on AI data collection, annotation, and linguistic sourcing datasets to ensure they meet project guidelines.
• Error Identification: Detect, log, and categorize linguistic discrepancies, formatting errors, and quality bugs in targeted datasets.
• Feedback & Reporting: Collaborate with native linguists and project managers to deliver constructive quality feedback and compile daily QA performance reports.
• Guideline Compliance: Ensure all deliverables strictly align with client-specific style guides, glossaries, and internal ISO quality control standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Languages: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu (Native or Fluent speaker), with professional read & write proficiency in English.
• Experience: Freshers to 1 Year of experience.
• Joining Status: Immediate Joiner.
