About the Role
- Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shifts: Rotational, including Night Shifts
- Week Offs: Rotational
- CTC: Upto 32K (26K in-hand)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduates/Undergraduates.
- 6 months of experience in an international process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- International BPO experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Willing to work from the office in Jaipur.
Facilities: Cab facility as per company policy and hiring-zone eligibility.
