About the Role
The Event Marketing Intern will support the planning, coordination, and promotion of industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, guest communication, and on-ground event support. The intern will help develop and execute event marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media promotion, and content creation for event materials. Daily tasks include managing guest lists, responding to inquiries, supporting registration and feedback processes, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role will also provide exposure to stakeholder management and industry outreach activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and promotion of industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support event logistics and vendor coordination.
- Assist with guest communication and on-ground event support.
- Help develop and execute event marketing campaigns.
- Assist with email outreach, social media promotion, and content creation for event materials.
- Manage guest lists and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Event Planning and Event Marketing skills.
- Sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in the sugar, agriculture, or bio-energy sectors.
- Willingness to learn about policy and industry dynamics.
