Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing ideas.
• Developing storyboards.
• Designing graphics.
• Animating elements.
• Collaborating closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual output.
• Adapting existing brand guidelines into motion.
• Optimizing content for different formats and platforms.
• Maintaining organized project files and assets.
• Participating in reviews and incorporating feedback.
• Staying updated on design and animation trends and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software).
• Experience in visual design, typography, layout, and composition for video and digital content.
• Ability to develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames that translate client and brand requirements into compelling motion designs.
• Understanding of video production workflows, formats, rendering, and optimization for web, social media, and broadcast.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating motion graphic projects, animated assets, and creative visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to evolving creative trends, and contribute ideas to improve visual output and workflows.

A Bachelor’s degree or formal training in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
