About the Role

Aurafé Expansion Group is hiring an Event Marketing Associate to represent clients at events and venues across the DC metro area, aiming to reach new customers and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, retail locations, and public venues across the DC area.
• Initiate conversations with event visitors and the public, clearly explaining each campaign.
• Assist interested individuals in signing up as new customers and supporters.
• Work towards defined daily and weekly goals within a supportive team.
• Maintain a high professional standard in all interactions.

• Confident and clear communication skills with diverse individuals.
• A coachable mindset and high personal standards.
• Reliability and consistency.
• Interest in learning how events and marketing campaigns drive business growth.
• No previous experience is required; full training is provided.
• Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events are welcome.
