About the Role
Vivaham 360 is a specialized wedding services company focused on crafting remarkable Indian weddings and related celebrations. As a Wedding Consultant, you will guide clients through the complete wedding planning process, from initial consultation to event day coordination. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client meetings, venue visits, and some work-from-home for planning, documentation, and virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding client requirements

- Regular follow-ups

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills
- Event Management skills
- Relevant experience in weddings or events
- Familiarity with Indian wedding traditions and customs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
