Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and clear project-related doubts with the Designer.
• Update site initial condition and feasibility with the coordinator.
• Ensure availability of all materials at sites before assigning work.
• Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Plan and prepare technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Conduct preliminary inspections at potential sites and pass on information to respective teams.
• Gather data and write site reports and other necessary work documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Allocate work to laborers and vendors and supervise their work.
• Maintain labor and vendor attendance along with compliance documentation.
• Prepare schedules of material used and available.
• Complete quality assurance and provide feedback.
• Manage material entry and write proper DC as per invoice and material received.
• Submit supplier and vendor bills for timely payments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, POP, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiles, paint, finishing, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Ceiling, and Partition.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
• Must have your bike.

Qualifications

• Engineering / Diploma in Interior/ Civil with Commercial Interior works experience.
• ITI with commercial Interior Design works experience.
• Experience in working in a commercial Interior Designer firm.
• Knowledge of the Interior Design process.
• Ability to manage 2-5 projects (small to medium scale) concurrently.
• Ability to engage in creative and critical thought.
• Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
