Full-Stack Engineer, Systems Conductor
Bold Business
About the Role
Bold Business is hiring Full-Stack Systems Conductors to own feature delivery across our flagship TechForce platform. This role involves leveraging advanced AI-agent developer environments to design, build, test, and ship production software.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect schema-first features: Design API boundaries, typed contracts, and database schemas to guide AI agent implementation.
- Build and secure module workflows: Own recruiter and admin interfaces, REST endpoints, and PostgreSQL relational workflows, enforcing business security and authorization policies at the data layer.
- Establish codebase context: Build and use MCP servers and AST-based dependency graphs for structured access to repositories by developer agents.
- Orchestrate quality loops: Set up local testing environments and containerized CI/CD checks for automated agent execution of test runs, linting, and type validation.
- Engage directly with stakeholders: Translate operational processes into technical requirements and maintain communication.
- Stabilize and maintain the platform: Address production defects, gaps, and provide reporting migration support as Power BI is retired.
- Review and be reviewed: Participate in pull-request reviews, ensuring test evidence accompanies every ticket.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- React/TypeScript frontends
- Python/FastAPI backends
- PostgreSQL data schemas
- AI coding environments: Cursor, Claude Code CLI, OpenClaw / Hermes Agents / Grokbot, custom Model Context Protocol servers.
- State machines: FastAPI, React state, background queues.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, cloud logs) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Active agentic developer loop: Proven ability to coordinate agents, set parameters and guardrails, and patch LLM hallucinations.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated history of PR reviews, usable documentation, and early blocker escalation.
- Full-stack competency: Strong experience with React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on production systems.
- Database schema and security mastery: High fluency in PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, indexing, transactional isolation) and understanding of data layer authorization.
- Clean systems architecture: Ability to build robust, decoupled state machines that handle API and network failures.
- Enterprise systems awareness: Experience with or clear understanding of ERP-class platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or comparable).
- True Agile and continuous improvement: Experience driving process improvements based on iterative delivery and retrospectives.
- End-to-end micro-project ownership: Ability to manage projects from planning and gathering requirements through implementation, testing, and maintenance, with clear documentation.
- Strong English communication: Written and spoken proficiency for explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with OpenClaw, Hermes Agents, or Grokbot agent platforms.
- Familiarity with LangGraph or stateful multi-agent orchestration.
- Operations-heavy SaaS experience (recruiting, workforce management, ATS, or CRM).
- Multi-tenant application experience.
- Data imports, deduplication, search/filter interfaces, operational reporting.
- Experience joining a codebase mid-flight and becoming productive quickly.
What This Role Is
- A hands-on builder-conductor role with defined module ownership.
- AI-accelerated delivery with human judgment on every merge.
- A high-performing team operating model where review, documentation, and early communication are key.
