About the Role

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration. Prior recruiting experience is not required; we are looking for individuals with a great personality, strong people skills, confidence using computers, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates via phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing great candidates for our healthcare team.
• Review applications and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications
